Older people can have a broad range of low-lying challenges that they cope with. A comprehensive assessment allows them to get peace of mind and better understanding of their overall health.

Older Persons Comprehensive Health Assessment will include:

90- minute GP consultation (in their own home if needed)
Address any health concerns
Review medication in detail
Detailed memory assessment (identifying early stages of memory impairment which often goes unnoticed)
Grip strength and balance assessment
Depression and anxiety screening
Hearing assessment
ECG
Urinalysis
Top-to-toe full physical examination including heart, lungs, neurological and abdominal examination
Breast examination in females and prostate examination in men
Full, detailed written report and personalised care plan which can then be shared with GP for actioning
